our recent stay in almyrida was amazing, but this time at sands was even better. the apartment was spacious, clean, and modern with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. the hosts were friendly and helpful, even bringing us fresh bread in the morning. the terrace had a great sea view, perfect for relaxing.

During our Easter stay at this hotel, we were delighted to find that the rooms were well-equipped and had comfortable beds. the location of the property was also ideal, with easy access to local restaurants and supermarkets. the hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing us with delicious homemade jam as a welcoming gift.

the location of the hotel was not as convenient as we had hoped. Despite being only 60m away from the beach in a straight line, the steep and car-filled road we had to navigate made it uncomfortable, especially for toddlers and the elderly.

We stayed at a studio called Alpha "A" at Almyrida, and it was an amazing experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and even gave us homemade olive oil and fresh bread. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The highlight was the beautiful view of the garden and mountains. The location was perfect for exploring the west of Crete, and we even got a book from Yannis with recommendations for nearby sights. our stay at Sands was outstanding!

I stayed at Almyrida Sands for 3 weeks, 2 weeks for work and 1 week for a holiday, and it was one of the best accommodations I've ever had! The hosts, Yannis and Cecile, were super friendly and always helpful. The apartment was clean and beautiful, and the beach was just a 3-minute walk away. I loved the house-made marmalade and the well-stocked playroom for the kids. The garden was stunning, and Yannis kept it tidy every morning. The property had everything we needed for our comfort, including a cot and changing table for our youngest child. a truly memorable stay.

The hosts, Cecile and Yannis, were super cool and made us feel like family. The accommodation was spotless and the beds were so comfy, we slept like babies after partying all night. Plus, the location was perfect! We could walk to awesome beaches and hit up the coolest bars in town in no time. Best vacation ever!

The only thing we would ask for is a bigger pool for some daytime pool parties. Just imagine, blasting music, sipping on cocktails, and having a wild time with our friends.

Some Noise: Our room, spread over two floors, had minimal sound insulation, allowing us to hear footsteps from the upper floor.

We had an amazing stay, very close to great restaurants, the sea, and local beaches, with a separate bathroom featuring a bathtub.

We had an amazing time at Almyrida Sands! Great value for money, the rooms were clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and a lovely sea view from the terrace. Although the hotel itself was wonderful, there was a nearby dog that barked at night, which disturbed our sleep on a few occasions.
